At Kyvexus, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

How to request a return

Email us at kyvexus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or different from what you ordered, in which case we cover them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 business days, to the original payment method.

Defective products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
