At Kyvexus, we carefully prepare every order so it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Typical transit time is 3-7 business days, depending on destination.

We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your area isn't listed, reach out and we'll confirm whether we can arrange it.

Orders of $50 or more ship free to the United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.99.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its status at any time.

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, contact us at kyvexus@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with you.
